OISC Regulated
Ryan Immigration is regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). The OISC regulates immigration advisers, ensuring they are fit and competent to act in the best interest of clients. Our goal is to surpass regulatory requirements and hence you will get an excellent service. United Kingdom immigration policy can be complex but we keep up-to-date with continuous professional training.
The OISC were set up under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 and they also act under the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002.
Main duties are to:
- publish a code of standards and other rules for immigration advisers
- maintain a list and register of regulated advisers
- refuse entry to or deregulate advisers who don’t keep to the required standards of good practice, and discipline, restrain or prosecute as appropriate
- maintain oversight of the designated professional bodies in Scotland and Northern Ireland with this duty

This is a regulatory requirment and we will send you one to read and sign. Within the letter we will outline our responsibility to you, we will detail how we work with you, and provide details about our regulator. We can then officially start working on your case.
